This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the link buyer (the "Bidder") and Bidupdirectory.com (the "Directory").

The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to place a bid at Bidupdirectory.com.

Link Policy

Do not submit adult, hate sites, or any Web sites that promote illegal activities. Other sites that are not accepted include casino, medical, pharmacy, gambling, and adult related. IF YOU SUBMIT THESE TYPES OF SITES YOUR BID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Deep Linking is allowed (You may link to any page within your site)
Stuffing the title and description with your keywords will result in your site being deleted. Keep titles and descriptions concise.
Do not submit your listing in ALL CAPS or use excessive punctuation.
Submit only Web sites that are primarily in English.
Affiliate sites are generally accepted if there is original content included.
Submit only Web sites relevant to the category you are making a submission to.
Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by Bidupdirectory.com
Links are listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by bids
Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of Bidupdirectory.com

Bids are NON-REFUNDABLE! We are setting this policy to avoid abuse of the system. If you are not sure if your link will be appropriate for this directory then contact us first and find out before submitting. All bids are final! We get alot of SPAM and this is our way to control it.
You can remove a bid or link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your link can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.
